Emerging Lives Initiative

I was a guest speaker today at a very interesting gathering of youth, mostly originating from or tracing their roots to Nigeria.  The Founder of the Emerging Lives Initiative (Ms. Ifeoma Okonji) is doing an incredible effort to inspire youth.  I was asked to make a motivational presentation on the day’s 3 topics: Critical Thinking, Creativity, and Communication. I brought my own recruitment tool to the workshop, the 9C’s that I have been using for the last 20 years to build teams.
